Requirements:
- Experience repairing major household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately
- Comfortable working independently at customer locations
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Apprentice Appliance Technician
Requirements:
- Eagerness to learn appliance diagnostics and repair
- Strong interest in technical hands-on work
- Ability to follow instructions and use hand tools
- Physical ability to move and lift large appliances
Customer Service & Dispatch Operator
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple calls and coordinate technician routes
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude under pressure
